Dance & Balance Classes
This class is designed around basic body rhythms inherent in Latin dance ie. Cumbia, Merengue, Salsa, etc.
You will be lead through a series of postures and breathing techniques to help develop flexibility, improve muscle tone and core strength, and aid in relaxation and stress reduction.
